Meet Your Therapist
Doctor Kristian Bale
PT, DPT, CSCS, TSAC-F
My path to becoming a physical therapist wasn't traditional, but it's given me a deep understanding of what my patients face. As a combat veteran and former Military Police officer, I've experienced firsthand the physical demands placed on tactical athletes. I've balanced being a soldier, student, and athlete – managing training and recovery while wearing multiple hats.
Throughout my military service and athletic career in both barbell sports and team athletics, I've learned valuable lessons about the body's resilience and potential – often the hard way. These experiences drive my mission to revolutionize how we approach rehabilitation and performance.
While hands-on experience is invaluable, I believe in backing it with the highest level of education and certification. My journey includes comprehensive undergraduate studies in sports performance, health, and physiology at Austin Peay State University, followed by advanced physical therapy training at the University of Evansville. The University of Evansville's rigorous program, with its emphasis on injury resilience, prevention testing, and athletic discharge criteria, has shaped my evidence-based approach to rehabilitation.
I maintain certifications through the industry's most respected organizations. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), along with my physical therapy license through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), I bring together the highest standards in both rehabilitation and performance training.
I've had the privilege of working with diverse groups, from Army tactical units to youth athletes in lacrosse, football, soccer, baseball, and hockey. My experience extends to the strength community, where I've helped powerlifters and weightlifters optimize their performance and prevent injuries.
What sets our approach apart is the fusion of military precision, athletic experience, and evidence-based practice. I've gone through the trial and error so you don't have to. Whether you're a tactical professional, weekend warrior, or dedicated strength athlete, my goal is to help you move better, perform stronger, and stay resilient.
Let's work together to redefine what's possible in your physical journey.
